We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it,

For products that are not damaged but you want to refund/return the product due to a change in your purchase decision,send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of purchase. (Sorry for this situation, we do not refund shipping).

 

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

 

RETURNS

 

Please use the prepaid return label that was provided with your order and follow the instructions on your packing slip and to initiate your return. If you've lost your packing slip or return label, please follow the instructions below.

  • You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS
  • If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a full refund on defective items.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will love everything that you order, but if something isn’t quite right you can easily return it back to us within 30 days of your delivery date for an exchange, store credit or refund. See below for our full terms & conditions & instructions for how to return an item.

  • Returns must be postmarked & shipped back to our online warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date. Any returns exceeding this timeframe will not be accepted. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to return your item as we can not take responsibility for lost packages.
  • All items must be returned clean, with no makeup, deodorant or perfume stains, unworn & unwashed, with their tags attached. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and returned with their original box. Swimwear briefs & one pieces may only be returned if their paper liner is still intact. For hygiene reasons, please ensure all swimwear is tried on with underwear.
  • Click and collect orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation email. Any orders collected outside of this timeframe will be ineligible for return.
  • Items marked as ‘final sale’ in the product description & all beauty products are unable to be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 working days of arriving back to our warehouse. Refunds will be automatically processed back via your original payment method & store credit will be issued as a gift card valid for 12 months. Exchanges are subject to availability and a further delivery charge will be required for shipping the exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • Email support@populadies.com to request a Returns Number within 30 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and your return or exchange requirements.
  • Once your return request has been approved, package your item/s up and ship it to the following address at your own cost, using a traceable shipping method. We encourage you to return your items in the original box where possible to help us reduce waste.
  • Your return will be processed within 5 working days of it arriving back to our warehouse. Please note that during sale & holiday periods, there may be delays in processing returns.

    We do not accept refunds/return of the above three damaged or incorrectly delivered products.

    We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. All bodysuits, items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

    Our store does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to Our store to submit a new order for your new items.

     

    STORE RETURN POLICY

     

    You may return full price merchandise purchased in-store to any Our store for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase, excluding cash transactions. We only refund cash purchases to credit cards at this time. You may also return or exchange full price merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment method. All bodysuits, underwear, yoga mats, cosmetics and café items are final sale.

    RETURNS WITHIN THE USA
    Ship the items you wish to return back to us with using your own carrier of choice, or contact us at support@populadies.com to request a shipping label. Please note, shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.If it is our responsibility, we will bear the freight.

     
    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
    Simply ship the items you wish to return back to us. Please note, any international shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.Please contact us support@populadies.com within 14 working days of receiving the goods, we will send you the nearest warehouse address.

    ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
    If you want to cancel the order, please contact us in time, if the order is not shipped, you can cancel the order and refund in full, if the order is shipped, please follow the return process to refund,The logistics information may be delayed. After payment, please check your order on the order inquiry page of the website within 5 days. We will not send you a delivery notice separately.
